Restoration work process and performance quality conformity assessment of national and international cultural heritage protection legislation for the restoration area. Restoration of the expert assessment of qualification to the National Council on the basis of the cultural heritage administration (Manager), shall be evaluated by the Financial Regulations approved by the Restoration specialist work samples with a view to assign a particular restoration specialist qualifications.
Building restoration specialist qualification commission on the basis of agreement between the Office and the Latvian Civil Engineers Union, shall decide on the Office of the opinion requested relates to the restoration work and / or supervision.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Onsite service possible to request by mail or e-mail with secure electronic signature.
    Submit to the Office addressed to the application as a pioneering restoration qualification assessment, accompanied by the knowledge, skills and experience of formal qualifications in accordance with the approved "Restoration qualification assessment procedure" whether an application for a restoration qualification assessment, accompanied by a prior period activity report to the work carried out in the list and brief description thereof.
